Key responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports Manage accounts payable and receivable processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts Conduct financial audits and prepare audit documentation Analyze financial data and provide insights to management Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
CPA or CMA certification is preferred Experience with tax preparation and compliance Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
