These terms govern your access to and use of the Zenohire platform. By using the service you agree to them.

By accessing or using Zenohire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Zenohire provides an AI-assisted applicant tracking and hiring platform, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment and verification tools. We may update, add or remove features over time to improve the service.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service only for lawful hiring purposes.
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
AI-generated scores, summaries and recommendations are decision-support tools and may contain inaccuracies. You remain solely responsible for hiring decisions and for complying with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenohire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, we will delete or return customer data in accordance with the DPA.
