Privacy Policy

Zenohire (“Zenohire”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-powered applicant tracking and hiring platform. Depending on the interaction, we act as a data controller (for our own marketing and account data) or as a data processor (when we process candidate data on behalf of an employer customer).

• Account data — name, work email, employer, and role of platform users.
• Candidate data — resumes, contact details, work history, assessment and interview responses, and screening results submitted to or generated by the platform.
• Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and interaction events used to operate and secure the service.

We use personal data to deliver the hiring workflow (sourcing, screening, interviews and verification), to authenticate users, to provide support, to improve and secure the service, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Some features use automated processing and large language models to summarize resumes, score matches, and assist interviews. AI outputs are decision-support signals — employer customers remain responsible for hiring decisions, and candidates may request human review through the relevant employer.

We share data with vetted sub-processors (cloud hosting, email, messaging, video and AI providers) strictly to operate the service, each bound by contractual data protection terms. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

Candidate data is retained for as long as the employer customer requires it for their hiring process, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Account data is retained for the life of the account.

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and India's DPDP Act), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Candidates should direct requests to the employer that initiated the process; we will assist that employer in responding.
