Key responsibilities
Core Responsibilities Component Development: Design and develop responsive, reusable AEM components and templates using HTL (Sightly). UI Integration: Build interactive web applications by integrating AEM with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular. AEM Management: Work with AEM client libraries, dialogs, and editable pages to enhance authoring experiences. Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend performance, ensuring high scores for Core Web Vitals and adhering to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards. Collaboration: Partner with backend AEM developers, UI/UX designers, and content authors to deliver seamless digital solutions. Environment Support: Assist in deploying applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments, including AEM as a Cloud Service. Required Skills & Experience
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in frontend development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Adobe Experience Manager. Web Technologies: Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and Modern JavaScript (ES6+). Frameworks: Proficiency in at least one modern UI framework, such as React.js or Angular. AEM Technicals: Deep understanding of Sling Models, JCR, Dispatcher concepts, and AEM ClientLibs. Tools: Experience with version control systems (Git), build tools (Maven, NPM), and Agile methodologies (JIRA)
