We are seeking an experienced Angular Tech Lead with a strong background in front-end development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on coding experience, particularly with Angular 16, and will be responsible for driving the development of innovative web applications. This role requires 80% Angular-related work and 20% Java development, emphasizing a collaborative and agile approach to project management. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of state management libraries like NgRx or Redux and will be skilled in integrating RESTful APIs with backend services. A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to mentor junior developers are essential for this position.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development of innovative web applications using Angular 16. Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Integrate RESTful APIs with backend services to enhance application functionality. Utilize state management libraries like NgRx or Redux to manage application state. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning.

5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
