Key responsibilities
Own the development and implementation of features and projects Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices Collaborate with design and art teams to achieve the desired game aesthetics Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas Debug and optimize code to enhance game performance Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in game development Proven track record of delivering projects on time Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Strong understanding of game design principles Experience with version control systems Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Willingness to accept and provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, C#) Some experience in a leadership or mentorship role Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) Experience with agile development methodologies Solid understanding of gameplay mechanics and user experience Knowledge of networked game development is a plus
