We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Gen AI Engineer to join our innovative team. Key responsibilities
Own and develop features within generative AI projects Mentor junior engineers and support their development Participate in design and architecture decisions for AI systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions Analyze and optimize existing AI models for performance improvements Document technical designs and code for maintainability Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in AI or machine learning roles Proven track record of delivering successful projects independently Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and frameworks Experience with software development methodologies and practices Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in AI or machine learning applications Some experience in a leadership or mentorship role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
