GenAI Engineer
Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing generative models that drive our AI initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into our products and services, ultimately enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. As a key contributor, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing to develop cutting-edge algorithms. Your role will also involve experimenting with state-of-the-art models and tools, collaborating on research projects, and mentoring junior team members. Key responsibilities
Design and implement generative AI models and algorithms Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications Conduct experiments to evaluate and improve model performance Analyze large datasets to inform model development and refinement Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI technology Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in software development
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages Experience with generative models, including GANs, VAEs, or similar architectures Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
Qualifications
PhD in a relevant field is preferred Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Publication in peer-reviewed journals or conferences related to AI Familiarity with data engineering and ETL processes Knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques Experience in deploying AI models in production environments Strong communication and presentation skills
