We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your solid technical expertise to contribute to the development and enhancement of our .NET applications. You will own features and projects, ensuring they meet both functional and technical requirements while adhering to best practices in software development. As a Mid-Level Developer, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their careers. You will actively participate in design discussions, contributing your insights and helping to shape the direction of our projects. Key responsibilities
Own the development and delivery of key features/projects. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. Participate in design and architectural decisions to improve system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve our development processes.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in .NET development. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management basics. Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in .NET technologies and frameworks. Some leadership experience, particularly in mentoring roles. Experience with RESTful API development. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
