Key responsibilities
Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases. Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance. Utilize performance testing tools to simulate load and stress conditions. Report and document performance test results and findings. Provide actionable recommendations to improve system performance and scalability. Participate in the continuous improvement of performance testing processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 2+ years of experience in performance testing or related field. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, Groovy). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture. Ability to analyze and report on performance metrics effectively.
Qualifications
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Familiarity with application performance monitoring (APM) tools. Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization. Experience working with Agile development methodologies. Certifications in performance testing or relevant tools are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
