Requirements
7-10 years of experience in PLSQL development Proven team leadership experience in a technical environment Strategic planning and execution experience Strong understanding of database architecture and optimization Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
Qualifications
Proven track record of successful team leadership Experience with cross-functional collaboration and project management Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational goals Ability to mentor and develop junior team members Experience with Agile methodologies Knowledge of additional database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) Relevant certifications in database management or software development
