Power BI Developer

Key responsibilities
Lead Power BI projects from inception to delivery Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices Make architectural decisions regarding BI solutions and data warehousing Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high quality and performance Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions Design and implement complex data models and reports Continuously evaluate and improve BI processes and technologies
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in Power BI development Deep expertise in data visualization and reporting best practices Proven leadership experience in a technical environment Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes Experience with DAX and Power Query for data manipulation Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and related BI tools Demonstrated experience leading successful BI projects Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Track record of mentoring and developing technical talent Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
