Project Manager – Healthcare Growth & Integration

Position Overview We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers / PM3s to support a healthcare organization's Growth portfolio. The ideal candidates will have a strong background managing complex, high-visibility enterprise projects, particularly initiatives involving healthcare, business growth, expansion, operations, technology, and systems integration. The Project Manager will work across multiple business and technology teams to plan, execute, and deliver strategic initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders, identifying risks, and driving projects from initiation through completion. Experience supporting healthcare organizations and projects involving facility expansion, new services, footprint expansion/refresh, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, or other growth initiatives is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business operations, IT, systems, technology, facilities, and other stakeholders. Manage operations and system/IT integration workstreams. Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive updates. Track project progress and proactively identify schedule, resource, budget, and delivery risks. Develop mitigation and recovery plans for project issues. Manage dependencies between multiple workstreams and teams. Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables are completed according to scope, schedule, quality, and business requirements. Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, action-item trackers, and project communications. Drive issue resolution and escalate critical risks appropriately. Support organizational change and transition activities associated with growth initiatives. For design/construction-related initiatives, partner with the Design & Construction Project Manager and share project management responsibilities. Support projects involving: New construction New services/business lines Facility or geographic expansion Footprint refreshes Mergers & acquisitions Divestitures Technology/system integration Operational integration
