React Developer
Job description
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level React Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of features and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior developers and participate in design decisions, contributing to the overall architecture of our applications As a Mid-Level React Developer, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in React and associated technologies while working independently on complex tasks. Your technical skills will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects, and you will be encouraged to enhance your leadership capabilities and share your knowledge with others in the team.
Key responsibilities
Own development of features and projects from conception to deployment Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices Participate in design and architecture decisions for new features Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in React development Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines Experience with version control systems, preferably Git Understanding of web performance optimization techniques
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in React and its ecosystem Some experience in leading projects or teams Solid understanding of software development methodologies Proficiency with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly
