Key responsibilities
Own features and projects from initiation to completion Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices Participate in design decisions and contribute to project strategies Analyze resource allocation and optimize team efficiency Facilitate cross-team collaboration to achieve project goals Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders Identify and resolve resource-related issues in a timely manner
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in resource management or related field Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives Strong understanding of project management methodologies Experience in resource allocation and optimization strategies Familiarity with project management tools and software Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in resource management principles Some leadership experience or team lead roles in prior positions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a cross-functional team environment Knowledge of industry best practices in resource management Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
