Required Experience: 5–8 years Key Technologies: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), OpenShift / Kubernetes, AWS, Jenkins, CI/CD, Git, Splunk, Python, Agile, AI/ML exposure Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and OpenShift. The role requires strong hands-on development experience, DevOps exposure, and the ability to work independently in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. • Build and deploy applications on AWS and OpenShift (Kubernetes) with containerized architectures. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git for automated builds and deployments. • Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security through best engineering practices. • Monitor application health using tools such as Splunk and resolve production issues proactively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality solutions. • Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical mentoring. • Apply scripting and automation using Python where required. • Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML capabilities for platform optimization and innovation. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical leadership.
