Senior Software Test Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Functional and Manual Testing and 1+ year of experience in Automation Testing (Python with Playwright) and Performance Testing. Experienced in API Testing across Healthcare, Telecom, and E-Commerce domains. Strong expertise in STLC, SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD integration, and end-to-end test automation. Skilled in developing scalable automation frameworks, executing performance test strategies, and integrating automated test suites with Jenkins pipelines using Git for version control. Proven ability to enhance product quality and optimize release cycles.
Key responsibilities
Developed and maintained automated test scripts using Python with Playwright Designed reusable automation framework components for regression testing Integrated Playwright automation suite with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for scheduled and triggered builds Managed source code repositories using Git Designed and executed Performance Test Plans using Apache JMeter Conducted Load, Stress, and Volume testing to analyze application scalability Executed API testing using Postman for RESTful services validation Performed Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End testing Participated in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and daily Agile ceremonies Prepared RTM, Test Execution Reports, and Defect Analysis Reports Logged and tracked defects using JIRA Conducted Cross-Browser and Web Application Testing
