Job description
Job Description We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The candidate should have strong experience working in a highly integrated ServiceNow environment and should be capable of developing, customizing, and supporting multiple ServiceNow modules. The role involves working on Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management (Stockroom, PCLM), and Service Level Management (SLM/SLA). The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting service tickets, developing custom workflows, managing user access, and implementing business logic for organizational processes.
Requirements
● Minimum 5 years of experience as a Software Developer ● Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development ● Experience with Service Portal management and enhancements ● Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Users, Groups, Roles, and User Permissions ● Experience in Service Catalog customization ● Hands-on experience with Integration Hub ● Experience in Software Asset Management ● Knowledge of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) ● Experience in Workflow creation, customization, and debugging ● Strong scripting knowledge including UI Scripts, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Notifications ● Experience in creating custom UI Pages ● Experience with Data Import Sets and Transform Maps ● Knowledge of ServiceNow security including ACLs, Roles, and Auditing
