THE ROLE As a Technical Delivery Manager at Innominds, you will be the single point of accountability for ISV (Independent Software Vendor) customer engagements. You will drive delivery health, build trusted executive relationships, lead cross-functional teams, and proactively mine accounts for growth opportunities — all while ensuring world-class customer outcomes. Key responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery Excellence Own end-to-end delivery of multiple ISV engagements; manage scope, schedule, risk, and quality Establish delivery governance, status reporting cadence, and escalation frameworks Drive Agile/hybrid delivery practices; mentor teams on execution discipline Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks before they become customer issues Customer Relationship & Expectation Management Serve as the primary executive point of contact for ISV customers Build deep, trusted partnerships with CTO, VP Engineering, and Product stakeholders Set clear expectations, communicate proactively, and resolve conflicts with empathy and urgency Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive-level presentations Team Leadership Lead, coach, and inspire delivery teams of 10–50+ engineers, architects, and QA professionals Drive performance management, capacity planning, and talent retention Foster a culture of accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement Collaborate with resourcing, recruitment, and practice heads on staffing needs Account Mining & Revenue Growth Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within managed accounts Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to develop account growth plans and SOW expansions Track account health, anticipate churn signals, and execute retention strategies Build a pipeline of organic opportunities from existing customer relationships WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Device level Cloud integration Analytics MQTT/Res tAPI Cubernet is exposure
Requirements
Must-Have 15+ years in software delivery with 7+ years in a client-facing delivery/account management role Proven track record managing ISV or product engineering accounts at scale Strong technical fluency in cloud platforms, APIs, Agile/DevOps — enough to earn engineers’ respect Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills Demonstrated ability to grow accounts organically (upsells, expansions, SOW renewals) PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certification preferred You Will Stand Out If You Have Experience with ISV-specific delivery models: SaaS, platform integrations, or embedded engineering Prior experience in a top-tier IT services or product engineering firm Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud-native modernization programs Hands-on experience using JIRA, Salesforce, or similar tools for delivery & account tracking
