Organization : RITS Work Mode : Remote Shift Timings : 6.30 PM- 2.30 AM Job Description 1. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer who can design and build intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. 2. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user interfaces.
Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: 1. Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. 2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs. 3. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs. 4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. 5. Develop responsive UI components using modern front-end technologies. 6. Ensure consistency in design systems, style guides, and branding. 7. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 8. Stay updated with the latest UI & UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Strong experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. 2. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. 3. Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). 4. Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. 5. Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards. 6. Ability to translate designs into high-quality code. 7. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
