Job description
The Workday & Dayforce SME will support the Okta to Microsoft Entra ID transformation as part of the Lifecycle & Workflow workstream. The role will contribute to a controlled, governance-led migration that protects business continuity, validates rollback readiness, and prepares the future-state environment for operational ownership.
Key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Validate Workday and Dayforce as authoritative HR sources and map lifecycle events and attributes. Define source-of-truth rules, data ownership, employee status handling and exception scenarios. Support integration design for joiner, mover, leaver, contractor and organizational changes. Coordinate HR data validation, lifecycle testing and defect resolution. Document dependencies, controls and support procedures for operational handover. Required Experience and Skills: Workday and/or Dayforce integration experience HR data, worker lifecycle and organizational attributes Identity provisioning and integration patterns Data mapping, validation and exception handling Collaboration with HR, IAM and application teams Key Deliverables: HR source and attribute mapping Lifecycle event requirements Integration validation evidence HR dependency and exception register
