Job description
We are hiring Multilingual Telesales & Telecollection Executives for bulk hiring requirements in Chennai. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, supporting sales conversions, and managing customer collections professionally. Freshers and early-career candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and maintaining accurate call records using internal systems.
Key responsibilities
• Handle outbound and inbound calls related to sales and collections • Communicate professionally with customers and resolve queries • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets • Maintain accurate CRM updates and call documentation • Follow company compliance and call quality standards • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements
• Good English communication skills (mandatory) • Fluency in at least one regional language (Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam) • Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer and data entry skills • Willingness to work onsite in Chennai
Qualifications
• 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree • Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience in telecalling, telesales, or collections • Strong communication and listening skills • Basic understanding of customer handling
